No Sun TV No Sun Pictures In Theaters

                     Following the unexpected twist in the State Government Elections, the members of Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners Association have made strong decisions against Sun Network. Before few weeks, the association had mentioned that no films marketed and released by Sun Pictures will be released in theatres and then it has extended towards the satellite rights as well.
Yes, the films that have sold its satellite rights to Sun TV will not be released in theatres of Tamil Nadu. In this manner, both the films Silambarasan’s ‘Osthe’ and Prashanth’s ‘Mambattiyan’ are hit badly. Panneer Selvam, secretary of Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners Association has mentioned that the decision will remain the same until the producers of Sun Pictures settle down the pending amount to theatres.
